As the go‑to creative support for our Operations Manager and Director, I frequently designed hiring posters, event announcements, and internal communication materials using Canva. 

Currently developing leadership training materials aimed at strengthening key leadership skills and equipping leaders with the tools to guide, motivate, and support high‑performing teams.
