Have you ever thought about having your employees' data organized and making decisions quickly in a practical way?

So it's possible. This dashboard developed to monitor the people management of a fictitious company, is part of the Power BI Bootcamp conducted by Alon Pinheiro from the Hashtag Treinamentos school.

The dashboard is divided into three views:

• Overview

  • • Allows you to evaluate the number of employees by area, hiring date

    • Number of active employees per Service Unit

    • Turnover percentage over time

    • Number of employees by type of contract

• Details

  • • Allows you to view the organization chart of the company

    • Allows you to assess the number of employees who will go on vacation in the coming months

    • Identify the volume of employees by service time

• Employee details

  • • Allows you to evaluate employee details such as:

      • Wage

      • personal data

      • If the employee is on sick leave

      • Upcoming training
