Project 9 Bus w/ Decoder and Tri-State Buffers
This circuit uses tri-state buffers and a decoder to create a common 4-bit bus signal. By changing the inputs on the tri-state buffers you can change what signals go through the bus. The decoder is used to decide which inputs are allowed to go through the buffers.
