Project 7 Up and Down Counter
This is a counter which uses T flip-flops and and gates to create a counter which can count up or down. Both the flip-flops and LEDs display what number the circuit has counted to. Once the circuit has counted to 15 or 0 it resets to the beginning and starts again. By using AND gates and OR gates the inputs of the T flip-flops are changed when the user changes the inputs.
