Collection & Use: We do not collect or store biometric facial templates or facial feature data. Uploaded content is used solely to generate the specific AI effects you request.
Immediate Deletion: To ensure maximum privacy, user images/videos are uploaded only for the generation process and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the result is generated. We do not retain your original source media.
Proprietary Technology: All AI image-to-video features are powered by our proprietary models hosted on our private, secure servers. We do not use third-party AI APIs, ensuring your data remains within our secure ecosystem.
1.2 Account Information
To manage your PopVid account, we may collect your email address, third-party platform details (e.g., Apple/Google login), username, or phone number if voluntarily provided.
1.3 Usage & Device Information
We automatically collect data to ensure app stability and performance, including:
Device Attributes: Unique device identifier (UUID), OS version, device model, and mobile network info.
Usage Logs: IP address, access logs, and interaction history within the app.
