STEAM promotes and creates a learning environment where students are encouraged to create, build, imagine, invent, innovate, collaborate, communicate and enjoy. The focus does not have to be rigorous in content, but rather intentional time for exploration and creation.
The focus is on creating active learning experiences and environments in which students are encouraged to creatively interact with materials, content and one another.
