Banquet

Banquet will be held in “Grill and Bar YELLOU” on the ground floor of the venue (November 16, 19:00 - 21:00).
Please fill in the "Application for Participation" form to indicate whether or not you wish to attend in the banquet.

Thank you for the overwhelming interest in attending the Banquet event.
Due to the high demand, we must limit attendance to those registered via the online form (Registration of the banquet has been closed).
Unfortunately, those who have not registered in advance cannot participate in the event on the day.

Banquet fee

Participants  for the banquet asked to pay the fee in cash at the reception. If possible, please bring the exact amount to avoid the need for change.

General: 6,000 JPY
Student: 3,000JPY
