PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

The abstract proposal should explain the topic of your presentation, and describe why the material, research, practice, or policy is important to the field

Before the presentation

At the time of your presentation

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to the room designated for your conference presentation (Check the conference program in the delegate pack for these details).
Please stick to time. Presentations are 15 minutes with 5 minutes for questions.

Poster format is A0 vertical (841x 1189 mm). Margin top = bottom = left = right = 3 - 4 cm. Distance between 2 columns = 1.5 - 2 cm.
Poster title should be identical to the title of the submitted abstract.
Remember that the viewer has to be able to read the text from a distance of up to 1.5 m.
Posters will be on display during the whole conference.
Please, arrange to be at your poster during your designated time included in the Workshop Program.
Any posters that remain after the workshop may be discarded.
