Fees
Our fees are based on two factors: your location (distance from pet sitter being assigned) and the type of service you require. Let us know in what area you reside, the best is a street address - this way we can give you an accurate pricing.
Whatsapp us for a quote, including the service you require, dates of pet sitting and address then we will respond with a quote.
.
Meet & Greet
Before the start of your pet-sitting period, we’ll arrange a convenient time to meet you and your pets. This visit allows us to understand your specific needs, get familiar with your pet’s routine, and collect the house key. Should you arrange a sleepover or stay-in service, you will be sent sent an Agreement form to complete via Google Forms. This simple document helps outline responsibilities, clarify expectations, and ensure we’re both protected in case of emergencies or unforeseen events—offering peace of mind for everyone involved.
.
Please provide these precautions to your pet sitter.
Emergency Contacts: Please provide the contact details of another trusted person in your neighborhood or town, someone we can reach in case we are unable to get a hold of you during an emergency.
Vet Information: For your pet's safety, kindly let us know which veterinary clinic your pets are registered with in your town. This allows us to respond quickly in case of illness or injury.

How To Secure My Overnight & Stay-In
To confirm your booking for sleepovers and stay-ins, a 50% deposit is required 10 - 14 days before the first night of care. Please note: Due to schedules and commitments, any cancellation made within 14 days of the paid booking's start date are non-refundable.
.
Co-Pet Sitting
Co-pet sitting means that two pet sitters are assigned to your pets and home. This ensures continuity of care in case of unforeseen circumstances or if the main sitter becomes unavailable.
Your co-pet sitter will be introduced to you during the initial meet-and-greet. If they are unable to attend, we will gladly arrange a second meeting so you can meet them before any services begin.
With your consent, a co-pet sitter may also accompany the main sitter during extended stay-ins. This provides companionship for both the sitter and your pets, while maintaining a safe and caring environment. The main sitter—your primary point of contact—will always introduce their co-sitter, bring them along to meet-and-greets, and confirm your permission before they visit your home.
Our regular co-pet sitting teams include:
Esther & Morgan
Pascale & Audrey
Team pairings may vary depending on availability, but we always strive to assign no more than two familiar sitters to your home. A third sitter will only be introduced if absolutely necessary, and this will always be communicated with you in advance.
For dog walking, these sitter pairs often work together. If you have more than two dogs, a third sitter may assist—depending on who is available.
