不足：

不足発生日から7日以内の、次回来店時に支払 または銀行振込

Insufficient payment : 

Payment at the next visit to the store or bank transfer [ within 7 days from the date of shortage ].

過払：

過払発生日から7日以内の来店時の支払で充当、残高管理はお客様でお願いします。

ご返金希望の場合、お客様過払金額より当方手数料（200円またはお客様過払金額の少ない方）を控除のうえ、対応いたします。（取引訂正を優先し、できない時は銀行振込）

Overpayment: 

Deducted by payment at the time of visit within 7 days from the date of overpayment, and you are responsible for managing the balance.

Refund request : We will deduct our fee (200 yen or your overpayment amount, whichever is less) from your overpayment amount. Priority will be given to correcting the transaction, bank transfer if not possible.

取引訂正できない時は、振込先情報（※）が必須となります。

　※　銀行等名、本支店名、口座種別、口座番号、名義人（お客様本人に限る）

If the transaction cannot be corrected, the payee information (*) is required.  

   *　Name of bank in Japan, branch name, account type, account number, name holder (limited to the customer himself/herself)

他の方法を要望された場合、その要望の実現有無を問わず、後記算出式で算出された金額(当方手数料)をお支払頂きます。

　算出式：①×②＋消費税相当額

　　①当方が当該対応に要した時間(10分単位。10分未満は10分とみなす）

　　②東京都最低賃金（時間額）

If you request another method, regardless of whether or not the request is realized, you will be asked to pay the amount calculated by the formula below (our fee).

Calculation formula: (1) x (2) + amount equivalent to consumption tax

(1) The time we took to respond to you (in 10-minute increments; less than 10 minutes is considered 10 minutes)

(2) Tokyo minimum wage (hourly rate)
