We are a Process Systems Engineering-focused research group in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Rochester. We aim to develop holistic multiscale approaches using physics and data-driven predictive tools to enable effective and implementable solutions for driving sustainability.
We focus on predictive molecules-to-systems modeling across different scales to allow integrated decision-making of the product-process lifecycle. To this end, we utilize physics and data-driven hybrid predictive modeling in conjunction with process systems engineering tools to study molecular, particulate, and process-wide dynamics for devising holistic, resource-efficient, and sustainable solutions.
