Q1 2026 Report

Unitas et Progresus. Unity and Progress

Achieving community advancement through collective effort, harmony, and shared goals.

This guiding principle emphasizes the importance of collaboration among residents in building a stronger, healthier, and more sustainable community. Through active participation and shared responsibility, the committee seeks to promote programs that improve communication, wellness, education, and environmental stewardship.

Home Care

Plantitos, Plantitas.  It's amazing how gardening can sound so sosyal.

Besides maintaining air quality, they say having indoor plants or around your home makes you a better human.

We believe so.

Pet Care

Are you a Pet Owner or a Pet Parent. There's no doubt we adore our pets as much as our kids.  Perhaps even slightly a bit more. Hahaha

Just like our kids, we look after them whether they're inside our homes or when we're taking  these lovable creatures for a walk.

Be reminded though.  People are looking.  See our Pet Parent Guidelines and Stray Dogs Advisory and be a responsible hooman.

Clean Up Drive

We would love to keep our community free of dried leaves, clutter, and loose garbage.

We enjoin you in this Social cum Education cum Development cum Maintenance activity.

Yes, we do have somebody assigned to do this.  Yes, roadways and open lots are not my responsibility.

But Yes, let's make this gathering rewarding and fun with our family and friends

Less Paper

We didn't say paperless.  But we're trying.

This BOT advocates a less paper office.  That means less forms to write on, less documents to print out, less paper piles for the next administration.

Digital is not your best buddy.  We get you.  We'll do this rather slowly.  But don't get too far behind where it gets a bit lonely.

CompostIT

PonteVerde, can we do this ?

Volunteer your lot, we’ll clean it up, and convert it to a source of organic material for plants.

It's an idea.  Can we turn this idea to a real project ?  Send us your comments and suggestions.

COUNT YOUR CALORIES

In this case, count your calorie burn.  Computed based on distance, speed, and slope, select your route based on targets.

Running or Walking, PonteVerde has some good trail routes for light to medium exercise.

Strengthen those muscles.  Eat Well.  Be healthy.

PaintIT GRAY

An HO DIY Project

Maintenance will provide the paint code, the homeowner lends some elbow grease for a PonteVerde - wide uniformly colored sidewalk and curb.

Lend us your thoughts on this.
