As an ICF-credentialed coach, I use evidence-based techniques to guide you in setting meaningful goals, breaking through self-imposed limits, and building sustainable, positive habits. We focus on both your overall well-being and life satisfaction (Life Coaching) and your specific nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle goals (Health Coaching).
What's the difference between Life and Health vs Wellness and Productivity?
Wellness and productivity is my niche within Life and Health Coaching. I combine old school with new school and discuss tech tips to help with actionable steps towards building a better you :) I also support with a cross cultural lens. I love learning about the top healthy habits from various cultures around the world and sharing that with others. Western medicine and lifestyle isn't the answer to everything! I enjoy combining Western and Eastern Philosophy.

My philosophy is rooted in simplicity and intention. I believe in cultivating a minimal yet meaningful life, channeling energy and resources into experiences that nourish YOUR soul and building a foundation of staple pieces that truly serve YOU. With a passion for global perspectives, I've had the incredible opportunity to travel to 50 countries before the age of 30 (and I come from a humble background which makes this even more meaningful), including places like Iraq, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Colombia and taught in Spain for a few years! These journeys aren't just about sightseeing; they're about connecting with locals, understanding diverse ways of living, and pulling unique pieces to culminate a life I truly love. When you prioritize self-care by nourishing your body, moving with intention, and practicing mindfulness, show up more fully for yourself and everyone around you.
Living a healthy, vibrant life doesn't have to be complicated. It's often the simple, consistent systems that yield the biggest rewards. The discipline can be the toughest part, and that's precisely where I come in. Just like I've found my rhythm with things like meal prepping, which fuels my body, saves money, boosts energy, and enables more travel, we will work together to discover what truly works for YOU.
Drawing from the wisdom of both traditional roots and modern approaches, particularly from my upbringing in a traditional Hispanic household, I understand the value of community and incredible experiences over material possessions, and getting creative with minimal money. My coaching style blends tough love with unwavering validation. I'll challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, but always within a safe space where honesty is paramount. Because ultimately, real transformation begins when you can bravely and truthfully look in the mirror and be your complete authentic self.
This coaching process is not about quick fixes; it's about playing the long game for lasting change.

About two years ago, I asked a mentor how he was so disciplined all the time. How does he do it?! He immediately responded with "I'm not the most disciplined, I just have a system that works for me" Once I heard that, it stuck. I created a fun notebook for myself, and it worked!! Which then inspired me to turn it into what I am now sharing as "Mindset & Momentum" workbook.
I give a glimpse as to what pages are included in the workbook and what the process looks like.
