Hola! Bienvenidos!
I have created free resources for educators on my website to help you save time and improve efficiency. Your optional donations directly support my doctoral studies, where I'm focused on improving leadership and systems within education and empowering future educators. As a first-gen Hispanic woman, I'm passionate about finding practical solutions and sharing them to make a positive impact. I hope these resources are helpful!

Please use the resource hub to see full list
Helps students learn to make appointments and allows me to have more control over my time
Discuss the learning curve with students after a lesson and have them write down what they learned within 24 hours! You can use this at the end of class
Use this to declutter all the Google Calendar Tabs (birds eye view for the year)
It's okay to set boundaries. I keep this up for no more than 1 hour if I really need to focus and get something done.
I print and laminate this for some students and have them hang it up somewhere they can see it to remind them of their goals
If you have a lot of traffic through the front office and want to encourage students to stay in class, use this referral sheet and place into teachers class / around campus
You can post this weekly or monthly! Post into their google classrooms or wherever you feel is best (Canva has so many! I just pulled from there and edited)
If you've found yourself nodding along, feeling a sense of relief, or thinking "wow, this actually saved me time and energy," then you understand the heart behind this platform. You see, I constantly wrestle with whether to charge for all of these resources, but ethically, it just doesn't sit right with me. My mission is to empower educators, not add another expense to your already demanding lives.
That's why I've chosen a different path: I'm humbly asking for your support through donations. Whatever you feel these tools are worth, or whatever you're able to contribute (I will be selling minimal products), will directly fuel my journey through an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership. I started in August 2025 and am planning on finishing in May 2028. Every step of the way, I'll be pouring that knowledge and research back into this hub, continuously expanding and refining the resources here to lighten your workload. Your one-time donation isn't just a gift; it's an investment in a growing, free toolkit for educators like you. It gives me the motivation to keep going, ensuring this remains a vibrant, go-to space for practical support.
This entire initiative was born from a deep understanding of the time crunch and challenges educators face, especially school counselors, though I hope it serves all who dedicate their lives to student success. All my templates are and will remain free, ready for you to adapt and make your own. Thank you for taking the time to understand my story and my purpose. We truly are in this together!
And a gentle reminder, dear educator: In this demanding profession, it's crucial to prioritize yourself. Get some rest, move your body, drink some water, and soak up that sunshine! The work will always be there, but we only get one life to live it fully.
Thank you for your support and for being part of this community!
