Placemaking is a people-centered approach to the creation of public spaces and activities that make our city special and help build community. It involves observing, listening to, and asking questions of the people who live, work and play in our neighborhoods, to uncover possibility. Emphasis is on do-able improvements that bring quick benefits to the neighborhood and build momentum.
