Community Impact

As president of the Westview iGEM Synthetic Biology team, I mentor over 30 other high school students in projects engineering bacteria to degrade PET and PHB plastics. I’ve also organized outreach efforts, including building community surveys, leading ethics symposiums, and events at elementary schools.
