Tracking our on-site milestones and educational outreach in Tondo, Manila.

Program Highlights:

• iPad & EdTech Donation: Donated iPads pre-loaded with interactive Korean learning apps, establishing a sustainable digital foundation for students to study Korean independently.

• On-Site Care Services: Partnered with professional stylists (Bangs Prime Salon) for free children's haircuts, alongside a medical team providing free health consultations, blood pressure checks, and prescriptions for local residents.

• Cultural Exchange: Led interactive mini cultural classes (origami, drawing, Korean language basics) and community group bonding activities.

• Immersive Community Engagement: Met directly with the residents of the Tondo community, building genuine human connections and gaining a firsthand understanding of their daily lives, resilience, and culture.

Program Highlights:

• Korean Cultural Presentation: Interactive presentation introducing Korean traditions, language basics, and modern culture to center students.

• Youth Badminton Tournament: Organized a friendly badminton competition to promote health, sportsmanship, and bonding with local children.

• Youth Encouragement Grants: Awarded prize money and special educational awards to tournament participants to support their learning journey.

Deeper Dive into Our History

Polaris Outreach Initiative is built on a decade-long foundation of community outreach in Tondo, Manila. Since 2015, Bangs Corporation has led sustained service missions—providing free haircut services, essential care, and educational support to local youth and families, laying the groundwork for our initiative's foundation.
