The POKY suite (trademark #7,380,556) is a new integrated software suite providing automated and visualized platforms for various essential tasks such as resonance assignments, structure calculation, dynamics studies, computer-aided drug design and more! It is not only a significant advance in the research platform embracing and enhancing popular software packages but also a new software platform for convenient technology development. Modernization
The POKY Suite has been written in different computer languages and library kits from C++ with QT5 to Python 3 to achieve the modernization and the maximum efficiency.
Innovation
New scripting and batching capabilities open up a new way of research and technology development. For instance, deep neural network non-uniform sampling (DNN NUS) reconstruction is just a few clicks.
Parallelization
The POKY suite aims to adopt parallelism in NMR analysis and 3D structure calculation. We also provide computational resources for computing intensive jobs. You can submit a job and do your business without freezing your laptop.
