SPSS2: Creating a Survey

This is not really a SPSS-related lab. This first assignment asks students to create a survey as a class. Then each students is assigned to find 10 respondents to answer the survey.

This assignment is really a preparation for students to collect data so that they have data for creating their own datasets. This assignment allows students to see the entire process of creating surveys, collecting data, and creating a dataset. They learn that the validity of a dataset takes shape long before they see any dataset.
