If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for any content you save in the app (collection data, notes, lists).
3) Pricing and market data
PokeScanDex provides informational estimates based on available market data. Prices can change quickly and may vary by condition, variant, and market activity. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or profitability, and the app is not financial advice.
4) Subscriptions
Premium features may require a subscription. Payments, renewals, trials, and cancellations are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription access may end if payment fails or you cancel.
5) Intellectual property
The app, design, and software are owned by PokeScanDex and protected by applicable laws. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. PokeScanDex is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card game publisher.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokeScanDex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
