PokeScanDex respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
Camera access: Used to scan cards. Scan images may be processed on-device and/or on our servers to identify cards. We don’t use scan images for advertising.
Collection data: Cards you save, binders/folders, quantities, wishlist, watchlist, notes, and preferences.
Account data: Email and basic identifiers for login and sync.
Usage and diagnostics: App interactions, device info, and crash logs to improve performance.
Purchases: Subscription status and receipts handled through Apple.
How we use data
Provide scanning, identification, pricing, watchlist alerts, rankings, and collection features
Sync and backup (if enabled)
Customer support and troubleshooting
Improve accuracy, reliability, and user experience
Sharing
We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, sync) only to operate the app, and with Apple for payments. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep data as long as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated data unless required for legal or security reasons.

You can control permissions (Camera, Notifications) in iOS Settings.
