Welcome to PoGo Raid Pal! By downloading, accessing, or using the PoGo Raid Pal mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
PoGo Raid Pal (the "Service") is a third-party companion tool for players of Pokémon Go. The App provides two primary functions:
Aggregator: It aggregates publicly available raid information from third-party platforms (like Reddit) into a single, filterable feed.
Hosting Helper: It provides a tool for users to pre-fill a "host" post template for submission to third-party platforms (like Reddit).
PoGo Raid Pal is a third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or supported by Niantic, Inc., The Pokémon Company, or Nintendo. "Pokémon Go," "Pokémon," and all related names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We are a standalone tool created for players. We are not responsible for any actions taken on your Pokémon Go account. Use of this app is at your own risk.
The App's core functionality relies on interacting with third-party services like Reddit.
Aggregated Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of the information in the aggregated feed, as it originates from third-party platforms. We do not endorse or guarantee any raid lobby found through the App.
Hosting Helper: When you use the "Quick Host" feature, you are sending information to the Reddit app. Your post and conduct on Reddit are governed by Reddit's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
User Interactions: We are not responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not liable for any issues that arise from joining a raid, including (but not limited to) lost Raid Passes, failed raids, or negative social interactions.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and store within the App, including "Custom Pokémon Names" (collectively, "User Content").
You agree not to create any User Content that is unlawful, offensive, or defamatory, or that infringes on any third-party rights.
By creating User Content, you grant PoGo Raid Pal a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you on your device.
We may offer optional paid subscription plans ("PoGo Raid Pal Pro") that unlock premium features.
Billing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (the "App Stores"). You must abide by their terms of payment.
Cancellations: Subscriptions are auto-renewing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
Refunds: All refund requests are governed by the policies of the App Store from which you made the purchase.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes.
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other individuals.
Attempt to scrape, index, or data-mine the App's aggregated feed.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the data it provides will be accurate or timely.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoGo Raid Pal and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the App; (b) your interactions with any third-party user you connect with via the App; (c) any content obtained from the App; or (d) any unauthorized access to or use of your locally stored data.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
