released in kindergarten magazine on December 3rd 1997
This sheet shows the same pokemon as starter sheet 1, but with different designs by Ken Sugimori.
This sheet was released in kindergarten magazine. Either in December of 1997 or in January of 1998 (i'm not sure)
This sheet came with a stock file shown below.
Also called "Elite four" sheet, since it shows the pokemon of the Kanto Elite four.
Distributed in a plastic bag with a black protective piece of cardboard and sealed with tape.
This sheet could be obtained at different Pokémon tournaments held throughout 1997 and 1998 in the Fukuoka dome, Makuhari Messe, Osaka dome, Sapporo community dome and the Nagoya dome.
This sheet is notable, because it already includes a stamp with Ho-oh, long before the release of pokemon Gold/Silver.

The only sheets that ever came in this format.
Included in a CoroCoro magazine issue in 1997.
This is one of the more rare sheets in my experience.
