Click on "Game.exe" instead of "Game_backup.exe". If "Game.exe" does not work, rename the original "Game.exe" to "Game_backup.exe" and the original "Game_backup.exe" to "Game.exe". Then, run the new "Game.exe".
Note: Game may crash unexpectedly (especially before the final battle in the Power Plant). Save regularly to avoid losing data.

If you've played a version of the game earlier than v1.2, your save file will be located in C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\Saved Games\Pokémon Crimson _ Cobalt (with an accented "é"). Please transfer the save file to the correct folder (without the accented "e") after upgrading to v1.2 or beyond.

This game uses official Gen VII learnsets, evolution methods, move and item data etc. unless stated otherwise below.
Evolution method changes:
Pokémon that evolve in trades now evolve with the Link Stone, e.g.
Kadabra - (Link Stone) -> Alakazam
Onix @ Metal Coat - (Link Stone) -> Steelix
Karrablast @ Snail Powder - (Link Stone) -> Escavalier
Shelmet @ Clamping Powder - (Link Stone) -> Accelgor
Eevee evolves into Leafeon and Glaceon with the Leaf Stone and Ice Stone respectively
All Rockruff regardless of Ability evolve into Dusk Form Lycanroc in the evening
Magneton, Nosepass and Charjabug evolve only on Route 14 (Available in Act II)
Sliggoo need not be in the rain to evolve into Goodra
The game system need not be upside-down for Inkay to evolve into Malamar
Cubone evolves into regular Marowak in the day and Alolan Marowak at night
Raichu and Exeggcute evolve into their Alolan forms in the Safari Zone (Available in Act II) only

Dragon Rage's base power is 20 instead of 40
Pokémon learnset changes:
Feraligatr learns Aqua Tail, Dragon Claw and Psychic Fangs at Lv1
Marill learns Aqua Ring at Lv20, Aqua Tail at Lv23 and Play Rough at Lv28
Azumarill learns Aqua Ring at Lv21, Aqua Tail at Lv25 and Play Rough at Lv31
