Getting a Library Card at Pueblo of Pojoaque Public Library

To obtain a library card, simply fill out an application form available at the Circulation Desk. Please bring a valid picture ID and proof of mailing address to complete your registration. 

Children under the age of 13 need a parent’s or guardian’s signature to get a card.

Alternatively, you can print the Library Card Application Form from the list below, fill it out at home, and bring it to any library branch along with your ID and proof of mailing address to receive your card.
