Sat, 11th:                     Early:  8AM Arthur's Seat Hike (break the jet lag!)
                                                          Morning: (start time for hike dependent)
                                                                          Hop on / off bus tour (fast orientation)
                                                                          St Giles Cathedral roof top tour
                                                          Lunch:  Pear Tree Pub Beer Garden (likely World Cup matches being shown)
