Welcome to Podsture ("Podsture", "we", "our", or "us"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using the Podsture mobile application.

1. About Podsture

Podsture is a posture assistance application designed for users with compatible Apple AirPods. With your permission, the app uses motion data provided by your AirPods to help monitor your posture and provide real-time posture assistance.

2. Information We Collect

Motion Data

With your explicit permission, Podsture accesses motion tracking data from your compatible AirPods to detect posture and provide posture guidance.

• Motion data is processed on your device.

• We do not upload or store your posture or motion activity on our servers.

Activity Data

The application generates activity information related to your posture sessions.

This information:

• is stored only on your device,

• is not stored in our databases,

• is automatically removed if you uninstall the application.

Notifications

If you grant notification permission, Podsture may send local notifications to remind or encourage you to maintain healthy posture habits.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

We request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization as required by Apple. If you choose to allow tracking, certain third-party SDKs may collect limited information for analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement purposes.

You may decline ATT permission at any time without affecting the core functionality of the application.

3. Third-Party Services

Podsture uses the following third-party services:

Adjust

We use Adjust for attribution, analytics, and measuring app marketing performance.

Meta SDK

The Meta SDK is used to measure advertising performance and campaign attribution where applicable.

Firebase

Firebase is used for application analytics, crash reporting, and improving app stability and performance.

Adapty

Adapty is used to manage in-app subscriptions, purchases, and subscription status.

Each third-party provider processes information according to its own privacy policy.

4. Data Storage

Podsture is designed with privacy in mind.

Your posture activity and session information are stored locally on your device only.

We do not maintain a cloud database containing your posture history or activity records.

If you delete the application, your locally stored activity data is also deleted.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide posture monitoring functionality;

• improve application performance and reliability;

• analyze app usage in an aggregated manner;

• manage subscriptions and purchases;

• measure marketing attribution when permitted.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited technical information with our service providers (such as Adjust, Firebase, Meta, and Adapty) only as necessary for analytics, subscription management, attribution, crash reporting, and service functionality.

7. Your Choices

You may:

• disable Motion permissions in your device settings;

• disable Notifications at any time;

• deny or revoke App Tracking Transparency permission;

• uninstall the application, which removes all locally stored posture activity data.

8. Children's Privacy

Podsture is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information processed by the application. Since posture activity data is stored locally on your device, its security also depends on your device's security settings.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
