Welcome to PocketAI (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App and its features. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Using the App

PocketAI is designed to simplify expense tracking and financial management. By using the App, you agree to:

• Use it for personal, lawful purposes only.

• Avoid misuse, including tampering with data or using the App for fraudulent activities.

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity conducted under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

PocketAI offers free and Pro subscription plans. Pro plans provide additional features, such as unlimited logging and AI-powered insights, and are available weekly, monthly, or yearly purchase.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Free Trial

Eligible users may receive a free trial of the Pro plan. To avoid charges, cancel the subscription before the trial ends.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies. For billing inquiries, please contact Apple Support.

3. Features and Functionality

PocketAI provides tools for tracking expenses, setting financial goals, and generating insights through AI technology. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful information, PocketAI is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality or security.

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the App or its content without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in PocketAI, including text, graphics, logos, and AI algorithms, is owned by PocketAI or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

PocketAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for:

• Financial decisions made based on App insights.

• Loss of data or unauthorized account access.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Modifications and Termination

We may modify or discontinue the App or its features at any time without notice. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your Apple ID settings or by contacting us.
