This Payment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you (the "User") and PocketEmu regarding your use of premium services within PocketEmu (the "App"). By purchasing premium services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
PocketEmu can be downloaded for free. If you choose to upgrade to PocketEmu Premium, you can unlock all paid features. We offer three different purchase options:
◎ One-Time Purchase (Lifetime Premium):
Single payment for permanent access to all premium features
No recurring charges or subscription fees
◎ Annual Subscription:
12-month auto-renewing subscription
May include free trial period for eligible users
Automatic renewal unless cancelled
◎ Monthly Subscription:
Currently not available
May be offered in future updates
Annual Subscription Details:
After confirmation and payment, your subscription will automatically renew through your Apple iTunes account. Upon successful payment, your subscription will be extended for one billing cycle.
Important Auto-Renewal Information:
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
This service is self-service - you may choose whether to cancel. If you choose not to cancel, we will activate your next billing cycle automatically
Free Trial Availability:
Free trials may be offered for eligible new users on annual subscriptions
Trial eligibility is determined automatically based on your account history
Not all users may be eligible for free trials
Free Trial Process:
If eligible, you can start a free trial before your first payment
During the trial period, you have full access to all premium features
After the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged the full subscription price
If you do not wish to continue after the trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends
Cancelling during the trial period will not result in any charges
To cancel auto-renewal, you must manually turn off the auto-renewal function in your iTunes/Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends.
How to Cancel:
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → PocketEmu Premium → Cancel Subscription
Note: Monthly subscription options may be added in future app updates.
You can make payments through payment methods provided by the App Store, including:
Credit card
Debit card
Apple Pay
Other payment methods supported by your App Store
You must ensure your payment information is accurate and valid. You are responsible for any payment failures due to incorrect account information.
Premium membership provides access to enhanced emulation features. Some features are available immediately upon subscription, while others will be rolled out in future app updates at no additional cost.

Built-in cheat code functionality for supported games
Multiple fast-forward gameplay options
Premium controller support (Joy-Con, DUALSHOCK, Xbox)
Multiple save states and fast-forward/rewind functionality
Priority customer support

Cloud save synchronization
AirPlay streaming to TV
Multi-controller support for multiplayer gaming
Multiple save states and fast-forward/rewind functionality
Premium themes and customization options
New premium features will be added through regular app updates
All premium subscribers receive new features at no additional cost
Feature availability depends on technical development and device compatibility
We will announce new feature releases within the App
Development timeline may vary based on technical complexity
Virtual goods and subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law
All refund requests must be processed through the App Store
We do not process direct refunds
Free trials can be cancelled at any time during the trial period without charge
If you do not cancel during the free trial, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial ends
You may cancel your subscription at any time during any billing period
Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
Premium features will continue to work until your current subscription expires
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and will notify users of any changes within the App. Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before price changes take effect.
We are continuously developing new premium features to enhance your emulation experience. Premium subscribers will receive all new features at no additional cost when they become available.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features based on operational needs and technical capabilities. We will announce such changes within the App.
While we strive to deliver planned features in a timely manner, development schedules may change due to technical complexity or other factors. We do not guarantee specific release dates for upcoming features.
If significant changes affect your subscription benefits, you may cancel your subscription during the current billing period. All features promised at the time of your subscription will be delivered or equivalent alternatives provided.
