The Mentor Program offers graduates and transferred members a mentor whom you can send questions, ask for guidance or referral to Board Members for a volunteer focus you’d like to pursue, and generally ensure that you have the resources you need to find meaningful experiences and feel connected within our community. Aside from being available for this assistance, the Mentor will check in occasionally to see that your needs are being met – the mode and timing for the check-ins to be mutually agreed upon.
Here is an Orientation Document that is intended to be a single source for information we think might help new members of the chapter.
You will be asked if you are interested in this program in the Final Course Evaluation, but you may also ask one of the Basic Training Chairs to connect you with the Mentor Program lead.
