If you would like to to be considered for membership on the current Board of Directors, please complete this 2024 Board of Directors Nomination Form and submit.

Meetings: Your POACT Board of Directors meets 4 times per year, generally in March, June, September, and December

• BOARD POLICY:  In order to reduce the cost of postage for annual meeting announcements, signs will be posted at both ends of the subdivision (Julie Lane and Homestead Road) at least two (2) weeks prior to each quarterly meeting announcing said meetings, referring to this website for further details (notably time, location, and hybrid access information).

Next Meeting Date:  Monday, March 10, 2025 - 7:30 pm - Hybrid

This meeting will be available via Zoom or in person at the Gurnee Fire Station #2, 6581 Dada Drive, Gurnee, IL (across from Jewel).

Please note: You may choose to be on the permanent Zoom Link invitation list also by completing this form (excluding June meetings; these are our election meetings and may only be held in person/by proxy according to POACT by-laws)

Elections:

In June we hold our annual elections meeting.  For changes to be made there must be a quorum (51% or greater representation, either in person or by mail-in ballot).  If no quorum is present, the board membership remains unchanged.
