BOARD POLICY - When dues are not paid by the annual due date (1 March), a $50 penalty/late fee is added quarterly (beginning 1 June). After one year of non-payment, a lien will be filed against the property for the total amount due (including late fees and associated legal fees). POACT dues and associated late fees will continue to accrue until the lien is released.
