Welcome to your Property Owners Association of Country Towne (POACT)

Country Towne - the community in which you live...

Country Towne is located between Almond Road, Washington St. and Gages Lake Road in Gurnee, IL.  It consists of four town home complexes and 140 single-family homes.

The Warren Township Park, Township Hall and Senior Center are across from Country Towne on Almond Road.  Warren Township High School and Woodland Middle School are directly across the street and elementary schools are around the corner. Country Towne is just two miles from the Grand Avenue shopping district, which includes the Gurnee Mills outlet mall, Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor Amusement Parks, and Great Wolf Lodge and Water Park.
