This study validated the Korean version of the original Suicide Rumination Scale (Rogers et al., 2022).
The scale was developed through a formal forward-back translation process with explicit permission from the original author, M. L. Rogers.
The K-SRS assesses suicide-specific rumination, characterized by repetitive and uncontrollable fixations on suicidal thoughts, intentions, and plans.
We suggest using the K-SRS to identify high-risk individuals and to monitor those experiencing clinical levels of depression or anxiety.
