Simultaneous control of light in both spatial and temporal domains presents a new degree of freedom for modern optics. We are pioneering the generation of Spatiotemporal Optical Vortices (STOV) carrying transverse orbital angular momentum (OAM), distinct from conventional longitudinal OAM. Realized through phase control in the frequency domain , these STOVs hold promise for applications in next-generation plasma physics and optical communications
