The Port Neches - Groves Choir program has a long history with quality vocalists and outstanding directors.

The 1st high school in Port Neches began in 1911.  A new building was constructed in 1925 and the school colors were chosen.  Some of the classes offered in 1929 were group singing and music appreciation.  The band program was developed in the 1930s.
