What is PNFB?
PNFB is a 5-15 minute weekly Friday evening news Report that is taped in various locations, and features positive news from regular folks around the world. The news cast is currently only distributed online on social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Tiktok).
How do I submit a positive story?
Anyone can send us their moments of joy, humor, and positive news. We dont use all the stories we receive. If we use yours, we will send you a Thank You email. You can submit a story at this email address: emcy.fans@gmail.com . There is no compensation for the stories we use.
How does PNFB make money?
We work with advertising sponsors. If you would like to be an advertising sponsor, please send your information to emcy.fans@gmail.com and someone will contact you.
Where is PNFB taped?
PNFB is taped almost anywhere. We look for interesting locations wherever we travel to.
Who owns PNFB?
Barb Sorensen is the host, writer, creator, founder and owner of PNFB. Barb creates the news report under the umbrella of her company Emerald City Music Productions, Inc.

We are a For Profit - S Corporation. That means that your donation to us, is not tax deductible as a donation. *Note: Donations are reported on our taxes as advertising sales income,. Donations only include a thank you in the credits at the end of the news report. Alternatively, you may choose to be anonymous as well.
'To be an advertiser or sponsor of the news, please email us at emcy.fans@gmail.com. We will call to schedule a time to come in and videotape the news report from your location. We create a commercial for your business which we tag onto the end of the newscast. It is a one time fee, and you get to keep all the raw footage we take of your business location, as well as the commercial we create.
