The PNC 2018 Annual Conference and Joint Meetings will co-located with Digital Heritage 2018: 3rd International Congress and Expo at the Fort Mason Center in San Francisco from October 27th-30th, 2018. Participation to PNC 2018 is open to all people with interest. Discounted early bird registration is online to August 10.

There are 3 registration categories: (1)General, (2)Academic/IEEE, (3)Student
(1) General
- Registration for Participant-General includes access to all talks and workshops, expo, tutorials, special sessions, and VSMM & PNC Conferences. Includes lunches 27-29 October, plus Gala dinner cruise aboard the SS O'Brien.
(2) Academic/IEEE
- Reserved for faculty/staff of higher educational institutions. Must register using a valid .edu email address and email a photo of your university or IEEE ID to reg@digitalheritage2018.org after payment.
- Registration for Participant-Academic/IEEE includes access to all talks and workshops, expo, tutorials, special sessions, and VSMM & PNC Conferences. Includes lunches 27-29 October, plus Gala dinner cruise aboard the SS O'Brien.
(3) Student
- Reserved for full-time students of higher educational institutions. Register using a valid .edu email address and email a photo of your current student ID to reg@digitalheritage2018.org after payment.
- Registration for Participant-Student includes access to all talks and workshops, expo, tutorials, special sessions, and VSMM & PNC Conferences. Includes lunches 27-29 October (no gala dinner cruise).
There are two categories of PNC 2018 Poster Sessions: (1) Poster Competition, (2) Demonstration Zone.
- For poster competition participants, at least one author needs to register and give an oral presentation at the Fort Mason Center.
- For poster demonstration participants, at least one author needs to register for the conference.
Tickets for the October 30th tours/site visits will go on sale closer to the event.
