Call for Full Paper Submission

The main theme of the PNC 2018 is “Human Rights in Cyberspace.” The proceedings of the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Authors are invited to submit a 6-8 pages technical paper manuscript in double-column IEEE format. Topics for submission include but are not limited to:

Full Paper Submissions

Authors are invited to submit full Papers through EasyChair by June 15, 2018. The final manuscript (camera ready) will be required to submit by September 15, 2018. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously while being evaluated for this conference. The required length of paper is 6-8 pages including figures, tables & references. All submitted paper must conform to the IEEE Xplore Format for conference proceedings.


Poster Submissions

Authors are invited to submit abstracts (max. 500 words) by June 15, 2018. There are two categories of PNC 2018 Poster Sessions: "Poster Competition" and "Demonstration Zone."

I. Poster Competition:

All participants are required to give an oral orientation. Winners will be selected and awarded after evaluation of the Grading Committee. Below please find detailed regulation and grading standards for both competitions: Poster Competition selection criteria are:

(1) Main Theme and Research Methodology (40%)

    • Originality and creativity
    • Methods are clear and appropriate for the objectives
    • Background and objectives are clearly stated

(2) Conclusion and Contribution (40%)

    • Conclusions are supported by data
    • Level of project difficulty

(3) Poster Production (20%)

    • The flow of the poster is easy to follow and interpret
    • Tables, figures and/or written results are succinct

II. Demonstration Zone:

For poster demonstration only. Vendors or Institutions are welcome to take this opportunity to show research results that are related to the conference main theme.
