It is our great pleasure to announce that the PNC 2018 Annual Conference and Joint Meetings will be co-located with Digital Heritage 2018 in San Francisco from October 27th-30th, 2018. The main theme of the PNC 2018 is “Human Rights in Cyberspace.” The program will focus on topics include digital heritage, information technology, digital privacy and human rights.
The technical program of PNC 2018 Annual Conference and Joint Meetings will feature invited keynote, paper presentations, workshops and poster session. The PNC 2018 provides a forum to encourage interdisciplinary collaborations for scholars and researchers from fields including information technology, humanities and social sciences.
Authors are invited to submit a 6-8 pages technical paper manuscript in double-column IEEE format. The proceedings of the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The conference this year will encourage participants to explore in several areas of interest and discover the inter-relationships between them.
