ONGOING ACTIVITIES:

• Synthesis of carbon-based materials including graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide in water and organic solvents such as DMF.

• Synthesis of novel TIMs based on PMMA, PVDF, TC4535 and other thermoconductive greases.

• Structural and optical characterization of the obtained TIMs (including AFM, SEM, Raman, UV-VIS, etc.).

• Theoretical evaluation of novel TIMs.

• Integration of novel TIMs in functional demonstrators.

• Evaluation of functional demostrators based on PMMA/RGO TIMs.

Activitati in derulare:

• Sinteza materialelor carbonice precum oxidul de grafena si oxidul de grafena redusa in apa si solventi organici (DMF).

• Sinteza noilor TIM-uri bazate pe PMMA, PVDF, TC4535 si alte paste termoconductoare.

• Caracterizarea structurala si optica a TIM-urilor obtinute (inclusiv folosind AFM, SEM, Raman, UV-VIS, etc.).

• Evaluarea teoretica a noilor TIM-uri.

• Integrarea noilor TIM-uri in demonstratoare functionale.

• Evaluarea demonstratoarelor functionale bazatre pe TIM-uri din compozite PMMA/RGO.
