Rick has been around Project Server since the inception of the product starting from Project Central in 2000. The product has changed drastically but basics remain the same. In 2016 the Microsoft Project has extensively modified enterprise fields, custom fields, metadata fields and functioning of server. The product now features team collaboration, team notifications, team member task updates through PWA.

Over the years he was responsible in managing $4.2 Billion-dollar schedules with 7100 resources and 350 project managers which including updating schedules and was the gate keeper for the IMS with 172 WBS. He directly reported to the CEO of large publicly traded company by 3:30 PM daily. It was very prominent spot and I was highly visible to the higher management. He was in lead role helping DHA, MHS as Technical Task Manager with managing large technical team where one of his responsibility was to manage seven task orders using MS Project Server technologies.

He oversaw scheduling all the technologies at Federal Reserve Board of Governors and worked with the "C" level management of Ben Bernanke as well most recently Janet Yellen till 2017. Created managed large IMS which included technologies i.e., people soft, oracle, sales force and Share Point project stacks and reported daily at the schedule meetings of CIO.

Most recently he was instrumental in developing largest project schedules for Department of Defense Military health side with total value of $1.1 Billion and involved over 66 contracting companies and little over 1100 resources spread all over the country and in some cases overseas military personals.

Mr. Khosla has helped many DoD Agencies, DOT, DLA, FRB, USDA, DHS-CBP and other Agencies.

Ms. Wackett has been around Microsoft Project and Scheduling field for over three decades, She has worked with companies like Sevatec, CSC, Inova and her career. She is a member of Project Management Institute and has earned her PMP, CSM, ITIL v 3 and is certified Project Server Administrator. She has background around project scheduling, baselining and change processes. She has Developed and implemented program project schedule baseline change processes. Developed programs best practice to report Earned Value (EV) metrics for $117,000,000 program

She has Created and maintained a Microsoft Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project Server 2013 (30+ project schedules). Developed MS Project Schedule training materials for Team Members, Task Area Leads, and Project Managers. Worked with development and operational teams to developed detailed schedules and assisted in keeping schedules current. Performed QA on scheduled project management tasks, including monitoring project progress using Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft SharePoint. Track milestones and project progress against deadlines and collaborate with Task Area Leads to communicate delay information. Maintained changes to project baselines, monitor deliverable, conducted reviews, analyzed project expenditures, and managed incorporation of quality management for the program. Evaluated the operational components of projects and programs, outlining problem findings, and participate in proposed remedies for action by senior staff. Assisted in providing input to project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the program or system development life cycle. Assisted in preparing and delivering program desiderables; creating/updating/documenting SOP's within the PMO. Assisted in preparation of presentations and other materials to support program.
