Pedro Llanos-Paredes

Hi, I'm Pedro! I can help you with projects that require sampling, survey design, randomization, data analysis, and impact evaluation.

I am a Postdoctoral Research Officer at the Oxford Martin School (University of Oxford). My research deals with the causal effects of emerging technologies and innovation on labour market outcomes. I have also written on the microeconomic impact of international trade, taxation, and industrial policy in resource-rich countries.

I am a former Marie Curie Research Fellow and hold a PhD in Economic Geography from the London School of Economics (LSE).

Before my PhD, I worked as a Research Coordinator at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), managing randomised controlled trials (RCTs) to assess the effectiveness of various policy interventions in Latin America. I have also collaborated with organisations like USAID, the Ford Foundation and the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI).

If you or your organisation would like to discuss some ideas, please contact me at pmllanos[at]gmail.com
