Pedro Llanos-Paredes

Hi, I'm Pedro! I can help you with projects that require sampling, survey design, randomization, data analysis, and impact evaluation.

I am a Postdoctoral Research Officer at the Oxford Martin School (University of Oxford). My research deals with the interplay between emerging technologies, innovation, and labour market outcomes. I have specialised in industrial policy and impact evaluation methods.

I am a former Marie Curie Research Fellow and hold a PhD in Economic Geography from the London School of Economics (LSE).

Before my PhD, I worked as a Research Coordinator at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), managing randomised controlled trials (RCTs) to assess the effectiveness of various policy interventions in Latin America. I have also collaborated with organisations like USAID, the Ford Foundation and the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI) to produce reports on the taxation of the mining and oil industries in Peru.

If you or your organisation would like to discuss some ideas, please contact me at pmllanos[at]gmail.com
