There are a few ways to tweak the clean tone, such as using an Ibanez overdrive or the like, however an aggressive MXR heavy gain won't work well with it. We haven't tried using an independent reverb pedal on the clean channel, but it's quite likely that it would result in an outstanding sound.
More reverb control or an upgrade to the 12" speakers may have been obtained for less physical exertion with this 100W amp. We also wish there was an option to limit total output loudness.
