Kogranarian Meowscarada is a humanoid cat-like Pokémon with white and black fur. The fur around its chest being black with a white diamond shape and its legs being black as well as the fur under its dress-like poofy white fur. Its face is covered by a four-pointed mask, with a pattern with three black diamonds on it, as well as eye brow-like markings and the ends of the mask being black as well, resembling a large white butterfly. It has ear-like black fur tufts on its head that are white on their ends.It wears cape resembling wings that is white on the inside with snow owl-like markings and black on the outside on which it wears a red, white and purple flower. Under said cape it has six symmetrical white ribbon-like appendages with black tips, as well as having two shorter ones by each fur tuft on its head.

Kogranarian Meowscarada are often rumored to be born from the souls of Pokémon that lose their lives inside a dungeon, though some others say that Sprigatito and Floragato that become affected by dungeon madness in its lower stages may, rarely, develop an urge to perform to other Pokémon inside a dungeon and refuse to leave until they eventually evolve into their Kogranarian variant.

It sings peaceful melodies as it wanders, any unsuspecting Pokémon who listens to it starts to feel relaxed and may become infatuated with it, having a strong urge to look for its source. Once a Pokémon has approached a Kogranarian Meowscarada with its guard lowered it will quickly be restrained in its ribbons and killed if unable to escape. It is common for Kogranarian Meowscarada to collect the skulls of its victims, often using them as props in its performances.

Despite being resistant to dungeon madness it is not immune to it, many slowly losing any past memories they may have had before they lose themselves to it, as if said memories had acted as a buffer to keep their dungeon madness from progressing to further stages.
