Trina is an experienced public speaker and enjoys speaking on a variety of topics including healthcare leadership, culture in healthcare, strategic planning, strategic partnerships, how different healthcare models can create access and health equity, creating team safety and engagement and how this drives performance improvement, emergency preparedness in healthcare and the importance of creating mentoring programs. Most recently, Trina presented for the California Association of Healthcare Leaders (CAHL), a state chapter for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) on healthcare leadership and mentoring (2022) and healthcare emergency preparedness (2023).
