I create an environment of psychological safety. I respect diverse perspectives, challenge my thinking, listen deeply and seek to understand all people. I commit to promoting justice, equity, diversity, and inclusivity in all I do.

I see leadership as a privilege and strive to treat it as such. I am a servant leader. I practice humble inquiry. As a leader, I am accountable to create and support a culture of safety and engagement for all as everything else we need to achieve follows this. 

As a teacher, I strive to create an interesting and dynamic learning experience with focus on tailoring my approach to students individual needs. Teaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders is both a responsibility and a joy.
