Update Log

This is where I update on how my utaus are coming along, plus other things and stuff (this is mostly me yammering away about nonsense)

9 September ~

I'm finally making progress with my website. Unlike strawpage, it's a lot easier to work with and feels more professional. I've been working on it when I have free time and for the most part, it's pretty fun!!

10 September ~

I'm finally finished with everything, for now at least. I've added everyone whose had a proper release. I still have a bunch of utaus who are rotting away, but I'll have to get around to them

I have so many ideas for utaus flooding in, but I feel like I can't really act on them. Plus, I feel bad for making so many in so little time smh

I'm thinking that when I finish all my planned/in progress UTAUs, I'll just throw them all into a massive zip file and put it up on google drive. I hate google drive, but whatever. It's kind of covenient for the slimes who don't want to try and fight Bowlroll or MediaFire (which is where I prefer to put them...) or just for me since I make music at school sometimes

Also for some reason Google sites isn't blocked on my school computer #Wadafak

I'm so bad about updating my voicebanks pages oh my God this is so embarrasing

Speaking of voicebank updates, I've put everyone who doesn't have any songs yet on UTAU fandom instead of VocaDB (they hate when you add someone with no entries attached to them. It's a rule I guess). I have two other ones on the backburner, with one of those two very likely getting a voice soon. I've been searching for a VP for him for months now so I'm glad I can stop looking (If you've been keeping up with me or looked through any of my voicebanks art galleries, you probably know who he is)

I reaaaaaally don't want to password lock my utaus on Bowlroll, but some dipshit downloaded Tag 14 times in the last 6 hours. I know it's not seperate people because this is only happening after I added my voicebanks to utau fandom. Plus, I'm not even popular enough. Tag was only posted to YouTube and her debut video only has 65 views. If it was Shinpi, I'd understand, but Tag?

They were doing this with Kizu's scream voicebank, Laberu-chan, Pot, and Gisei too. I don't know why they're avoiding Kowareta and Fuchou (and everyone else). I password locked them, but I guess I'll have to lock everyone or just straight up delete my Bowlroll account and migrate to just MediaFire (although I like seeing the download count)

This is made all the worse because I found someone on UTAU fandom distributing obviously text-to-speech recordings claiming they were "free utaus."  I'll download them and test them myself when I get home. Two of those three sounded like pitched up versions of Tag and Laberu-chan respectively, and the third sounded a bit like a mix of the two

I think I'm just gonna make to where only public users on Bowlroll can download my UTAUs. I've also decided I'm gonna move them to Google drive too in case I do have to abandon ship and delete everything off of Bowlroll
