Here's the basic rundown on what I'm okay and not okay with:

Okay with:

- Headcanons (this very much includes changing things I don't detail very much, like noses and eyes. Just keep them recognisable)

- Using them on album art (this is the only exception to not using them for advertising)

- Simplifying character designs

- Gore (if the character is 18+), just nothing extremely graphic

- Vent/personal songs, just nothing really graphic/explicit (and keep in mind if I allow sexual content with them or not)

- Profanity

- Animal/furry versions, as long as they're recognisable 

- Modifying my otos. A lot of them aren't the absolute best, so this is encouraged. Actually, you can send them to me too if you want. Don't distribute them publicly

Ask:

- NSFW songs/songs with graphic lyrics (exception for UTAUs who already have a no sexual content rule)

- Political content

- Taking my otos and using them on another voicebank

- Yumeshipping. If I see you have a history of being aggressive with that kind of stuff (or just a really bad reputation in general) or you're an adult (I'm currently a minor), you will not be allowed to ship with any of them

- Derivatives/depicting other characters (ex. Fan works where my voicebank is singing)

Do not do this:

- Do not download my voicebanks multiple times. You only need to download them once

- Do not reskin/refurbish my UTAUs then distribute them. I can always tell

- NSFW artwork of ANY of them, even if they're suggestive/somewhat sexual

- Use my voicebanks with problematic voicebanks (anything by NearsGarden/Near, Allen Void, Cyberlodeon, etc)

- Use my voicebanks if you're problematic/done shitty things and know you're hated online

- Encourage hate towards marginalised groups (LGBTQIA+, ANY religion, ANY race, Mocking disabled folks, etc)

- Defamation or making others look bad/bullying (I don't want my voicebanks being dragged into your petty drama)

- Usage of slurs/hurtful words, even if you yourself can reclaim them (I and my voice providers very likely can't)

- Breaking TOU then not complying when I ask you to take the video down

- Redistribution of any of my voicebanks without my permission. This includes making Diffsinger/RVC/etc versions of them and putting them out publicly

- Advertising (exception is for album art)

Failure to comply with my terms of use will result in me taking action against you or me discontinuing the voicebank(s). Remember, there are real people behind all of these synths, they are not characters for you to use as weapons or your personal benefit
