These terms govern use of Plumier (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
The App offers French diary writing, AI corrections, progress review, and optional account and backup functions. Some functions require an internet connection or Google account.
3. AI-generated feedback
AI-generated corrections and explanations are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that they are completely accurate. Users should review important academic or professional text and obtain qualified advice when appropriate.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not use the App to violate laws or third-party rights, gain unauthorized access, bypass security measures, overload the service, impersonate another person, or interfere with operation of the App.
5. Data and backups
Users are responsible for keeping appropriate copies of important diary content. We take reasonable steps to protect data but cannot prevent every loss caused by device failure, deletion, or communication problems.
6. Changes or interruptions
We may change, add, or suspend features to improve quality, protect security, or comply with legal obligations. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, fitness for every purpose, or perfect AI-generated content. We are not liable for indirect or special damages where the law allows that limitation.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the public page. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
